News and Fact in February of 2013

The North American integration agenda continues. The U.S. and Canada has worked on this plan for a long time long. They want to implement many perimeter security initiatives with the Beyond the Border deal. Both nations signed an immigration agreement. This agreement will allow them to share biographic and later biometric information. Both nations are trying to harmonize border security and immigration measures. This is included in a North American security perimeter. This goal is nothing more than a plan for North American integration or like making North America becoming similar to the EU or the European Union. Canada is taking on U.S. security priorities and this could include a bigger role in the war on terrorism. For over a year has passed since President Barack Obama and Prime Minister Stephen Harper has announced their Beyond the Border and Regulatory Cooperation Council action plans. During December 14, 2012, something occurred. It was when the U.S. and Canada issued the Beyond the Border implementation report. It highlighted the objectives that were achieved over the past year and the work that has yet to be done. It explained that moving forward, “Key future initiatives include harmonizing our trusted trader programs, making significant infrastructure investments at our key land border crossings, fully implementing an entry/exit program at the land border, expanding preclearance operations to the land, rail, and marine domains.” The report know that there are challenges facing the Next Generation pilot project which permit teams of cross designated officers to operate on both sides of the border. It was originally scheduled to start last summer. Gradual progress has come. Still, there is a lot of work to be done to meet the goals of the Beyond the Border action plan. Many years later, there are other aspects of the deal that will be phased in incrementally with specific deliverables due this year in 2014 and in 2015. There is the RCC or the U.S.-Canada Regulatory Cooperation Council, which is another facet of the economic and security perimeter agreement. There has been a progress report to the leaders outlines the actions made in making regulations in the areas of agriculture and food, transportation, the environment, health and personal care products, workplace chemicals, as well as nanotechnology. There has been cooperation on pilot projects, scientific and technical collaborations and harmonized testing procedures. RCC working groups have made detailed work plans for many initiatives. They want these actions to be carried out in the next couple of years. Some Canadians fear that more regulatory integration with the U.S. could weaken ad erode any independent regulatory capacity. This can lead to a race to the bottom with respect to regulatory standards. In December of 2012, the U.S. and Canada signed the Immigration Information Sharing Treaty. This is related to the Beyond the Border deal. Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism Minister Jason Kenney stated that the, “agreement builds on our countries’ mutual efforts to protect our common borders and the surrounding perimeter, through improved screening of immigrants and visitors.” He went on to say, “Enhanced information sharing of foreign nationals will protect the safety and security of Canadians by helping us prevent terrorists, violent criminals, and others, who pose a risk, from entering Canada or the United States.” Under the treaty, Canada and the U.S. will share biographic information from third country nationals who apply for a visa, a travel permit or claim asylum. In 2014, it will also include the sharing of biometric information. There are privacy concerns on how far-reaching the data collected will be shared. This threatens the sovereignty of Canada with regards to retaining control over information at its own borders. President Barack Obama signed the Countering Iran in the Western Hemisphere Act on December 28, 2012. This law was created to curb Iran's presence and activity in the region. The bill wants the DHS to work with Canada and Mexico. The goal of the law is to “to address resources, technology, and infrastructure to create a secure United States border and strengthen the ability of the United States and its allies to prevent operatives from Iran, the IRGC, its Qods Force, Hezbollah, or any other terrorist organization from entering the United States.” Julie Carmichael, spokeswoman for Public Safety Minister Vic Toews discussed Canada’s efforts to counter any perceived hostility from Iran in the Americas. She is quoted in the Globe and Mail as saying, “We continually assess threats while co-operating with international partners, including the U.S., to address threats to our common security.” Carmichael added, “The Beyond the Border Action Plan as announced by Prime Minister Harper and President Obama provides a framework to identify threats before they reach North America.” The parameter security deal allows Canada to be further aligned with U.S. foreign policy interests. Canada is playing a bigger role in the global war on terror. It is easy to tell that the Beyond the Border agreement causes more economic and security integration among the U.S. and Canada. This could evolve into the North American security perimeter. Both nations are in Trans-Pacific Partnership negotiations with Mexico and other member nations. They want to create a free trade area of the Asia Pacific and could be used to update and expand NAFTA. There is the issue of North America's energy future. The President will soon make a decision on whether to go ahead with expansion of the Keystone XL pipeline this year. Meanwhile, there is growing environmental opposition to the proposed project which would carry oil from western Canada to the Texas gulf coast.

Kwame Ture gave a lot insight about the lives of black human beings and all human beings. One of his greatest contributions to humanity was his criticism of the imperfection. of mainstream society. He was a controversial man, because he criticized capitalism. He believed that American society was rotten, because of greed, materialism, and the capitalist economic system. The truth is that there is no perfect economic system. A laissez faire, cut throat version of capitalism is indeed harsh, cruel, and totally evil. Also, a totally restricted, extreme version of Communism doesn't work as well. There should be human interests advanced above just free markets in the world indeed. He was a pan Africanist since he agreed with the philosophies of the brother and African statesman Kwame Nkrumah. Kwame Nkrumah was the first President of the independent African state of Ghana in 1957. Sekou Toure was the President of Guinea from 1958 to 1984. Kwame Ture wanted African communalism not necessarily orthodox communism. Kwame Ture believed that more collaboration between Africans in America and Africans in the rest of the world will cause a crucial key in defeating imperialism and colonialism. He wanted African Americans (or Africans in America) to free themselves from internal colonialism (or mental slavery) as a means to go out and improve themselves. He was one of the first men to articulate the concept of Black Power in a complex fashion. He wanted black people to advance their common roots and culture to liberate themselves. Like Dr. King and Malcolm X, he believed that Black is Beautiful. This truism is one psychological means for black human beings to affirm their black self-esteem and social growth in a white supremacist world. The concept of Black Power existed for centuries and thousands of years, but Kwame Ture modernized the concept during the 1966 Mississippi March against Fear. Kwame Ture, Willie Ricks (a SNCC organizer) and much of the crowd in Greenwood, Mississippi screamed out Black Power. This was a time when the SNCC was more radicalized, because the youth dominated the SNCC. The youth typically can be more revolutionary than the older members of the civil rights movement back then and today. Kwame True wanted integrity and dignity for his people, so he believed in independent political parties as a way to get black liberation. He worked with Charles V. Hamilton worked together to write a book on Black Power entitled, "Black Power: The Politics of Liberation in America" from 1967. To Hamilton and Kwame Ture, Black Power was about the following: "It is a call for black people in this country to unite," they wrote, "to recognize their heritage, to build a sense of community. It is a call for black people to define their own goals, to lead their own organizations." He wanted black liberation by establishing independent Black political institutions, so they can benefit black human beings in the world. Kwame Ture believed that white people should come into their communities to deal with white racism. He wanted black Africans to consolidate among their own, so that they bargain from a position of strength. Kwame Ture said that nonviolence was a tactic for freedom, but it was not the only tactic in fighting injustice. Kwame Ture graduated from Howard University back in 1964 as he majored in philosophy. He believed in self-defense also as a means to gain justice and true equality in a brutal, imperfect world. He was brave man. He was a man who said in public that America has no conscience for injustice and he opposed the Vietnam War. He had his passport revoked and he faced indictment for sedition. The government pressured him to leave the USA in the late 1960's.

Technology is very anti-privacy on numerous affairs. The cell phones nowadays have tabs on human beings. Bush Jr. allowed many cell phones to allow the feds to physically track human beings in America via both triangulation and GPS and to be monitored in real time (via the microphone or camera). The current administration fought in court in 2010 to keep this policy active. Even if a cellphone in our modern age is turned off, the feds and the police can still activate the microphone. Some have to literally get rid of the battery as a means to stop the establishment or the feds from tracking you. More sophisticated phone has even more advanced methods in studying human behavior and tracking individuals 24/7. The Google Android phone even has a free app that allows you to take a snapshot of your eye's iris, so that they can store it in their NSA databanks. The Army is developing high speed iris scanners that can scan rapidly entire crowds of people. We in the 21st century have a lot of strange policies. The government readily has high tech methods in trying to immorally contain protests. The feds brutalized protesters in Seattle back in 1999, in the RNC Convention with cages back in 2004, and even recently in Pittsburgh with the sound weapons. Many of these protesters wanted to expose the corruption and excesses of globalization (especially on its negative impact in the Third World from GMOs to economic exploitation of oppressed people throughout the world). Even innocent folks have been on the terrorist watch lists before. Notice, that the Obama administration wants it to be a firm policy that if you are in the terrorist watch list, you cannot own a firearm (when even 6 year old kids have been rejected at airports for being on the list). That is why even peaceful protestors can be on that no fly list (which means that abolishment of human rights). Police riot squads already have or are developing a daunting array of sophisticated "non-lethal" weapons including sonic cannons, microwave pain beams, optical 'vomit beam' guns, shotgun and grenade launcher fired tasers, "Shockwave" swarm fired taser batteries, crowd blaster tear gas launchers and discuss other sickening things like chemical neurowarfare for use against demonstrators. We know that police agent provocateurs have busted windows and vandalize businesses including burning cop cars as means to justify the beating and arresting of protesters. The police state is ever real. We not only have the DHS. We have NORTHCOM. The militarization of the police has grown greatly since 1990. The NORTHCOM marine brigade is tasked to follow DHS orders including the containment of protesters. This action is a violation of the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878, which forbids the federal government from using the military for law enforcement purposes. Executive orders promote tyranny in cases of national emergency. We have billions of dollars benefiting the military industrial complex. Homeland Security is training the Boy Scouts in SWAT team gear and tactics, on mock missions to subdue Iraq War veterans. The military now is constantly setting up checkpoints and patrol streets in America. The feds run mock military drills in U.S. cities that include foreign troops and doing mock roundups of groups of U.S. citizens. FEMA has a system of over 50,000 religious clergy ready to help round up guns, and to snitch on potential freedom fighters that might go to their local religious leaders for rest. There are those that want the Internet to be shut down in case of an emergency. Is it because the Internet and other independent organizations are one of the last bastions of real free expression and real freedom in general? I believe in real immigration reform and real compassion toward immigrants. What I don't agree is some unconstitutional National ID card that can track citizens everywhere. Biometric ID cards are even worse since it documents too much private information that relates to human activities in general. This information is real. This is real. The good news is that there is hope. If the Confederates were defeated in 1865, if apartheid in South Africa can be defeated, and if we defeated the fascists decades ago, then we can surely make a better society than it is presently. I will always have faith in God and hope for humanity in general.

Ed Koch passed away recently. He represented the DLC version of the Democrats and the continued reactionary trajectory of the Democratic establishment in general. He was the three term mayor of NYC. Many tributes have come to him from political, economic, and media establishment leaders. Bill Clinton attended his funeral on February 4, 2013. Three former New York mayors, many former government, and other political figures attended his funeral. He was 88 years old when he passed away on February 1, 2013. He is called a historic figure. Some believe that he almost single handedly caused the rebirth and rescue of NYC. His critics believe that Koch is a significant figure, but he rescued NYC much in the same fashion where Ronald Reagan rescued the U.S. He was in city hall during the Reagan era from 1978 to 1989. Even Ronald Reagan or the reactionary actor and the liberal turned reactionary Ed Koch have much in common. Koch and other human beings acted to speak for the aggrieved middle class. Yet, they worked for the ruling establishment and their politics became more reactionary as they following a social counterrevolution that was directed against the working class (especially among poor and vulnerable human beings). The 1 percent, wealthy friends of Koch, and multimillionaire retired politicians, NYC was a happier place for them. On the other hand, millions of working people suffered under Koch's reign. Rupert Murdoch's Wall Street Journal praised Ed Koch as a person who was a liberal being mugged by reality in the late 1970's. This view was agreed upon by the father of the neoconservatives named Irving Kristol. Irving Kristol hated socialism and agreed with American imperialism even up and including the war crimes in Iraq. Irving Kristol died in 2009. Koch said that he was a Democrat, but he often supported Republicans. Koch was born in the Bronx of a small businessman father in 1924. He served the Army during World War II. Koch backed the anti-war Democratic Party boss Eugene McCarthy in 1968. He ran for mayor in 1977 as a law and order candidate when New York almost had a bankruptcy. Koch harnessed the anger among some of the middle class in NYC. Many bigots back then refused to blame the social problems in the late 1970's on economic exploitation and a solely profit driven system. They falsely blamed it on those on welfare, the poor, the young, the unemployed, city employees, etc. Koch won the mayoral race only weeks after the NYC blackout, which saw massively looting in New York. Koch wanted to be tough on crime and he hated welfare. He made a racial appeal, addressing himself to those who feared “changing neighborhoods” and crime, while usually avoiding rhetoric that could be called overtly racist. He combined this with equally violent attacks on municipal workers and other sections of the working class. Koch was wrong to characterize school bus driving strikes as goons and bastards. These human beings only wanted to fight to defend their job security today in early 1979. In 1980, when New York’s powerful 35,000-strong subway and bus workforce defied the anti-strike Taylor Law in an eight-day walkout, Koch led a crowd across the Brooklyn Bridge, hysterically whipping up sections of the middle class. By his third term as mayor, Ed Koch still had economic problems. The ruling elite were done with him. During this time, there was huge racist, police brutality and racist murders against black human beings. We know about the death of Michael Griffith in Howard Beach, Queens in 1986 and the killing of 16-year-old Yusuf Hawkins in Brooklyn in 1989. This was accompanied by a series of police shootings, including the shotgun killing of 66-year-old Eleanor Bumpurs in her own apartment in 1984. When the stock market crash came in October in 1987, New York suffered again. There was the drug epidemic and the city's transit system and other public services were badly underfunded. He closed down the first All-Black doctors run Sydenham Hospital in Harlem created in 1892 once the NY racist hospitals refused to admit Black doctors. Even Ed Koch regretted that decision. Koch defended himself against corruption scandals. He was defeated in 1989 after trying for an unprecedented fourth term. He working in the major law firm of Bryan Cave and kept busy with other ventures from movies to public appearances at $20,000 each. He was on the television show the People's Court as a judge. He lived in a rental comfortable apartment in NY's Greenwich Village. In 2004, he endorsed George W. Bush and spoke at the RNC. The reason is that he or Ed Koch was an aggressive neo conservative on foreign policy matters. He backed the Iraq War and claimed that folks who opposed the war on terror harbored some anti-Israel philosophy (or calling them anti-Semites in coded language, which is a lie). He expanded some housing, but he allowed the super rises of the price of housing. Economic inequality grew under his term. Koch voted for Michael Bloomberg.

The mystery of the Masonic Mosaic pavement is ever real. The pavement is made up of a black and white checkered floor. This image has existed in temples during the days of ancient Egypt. The image is more than a decorative setting. Researchers have found that the image has esoteric meaning. Freemasonry now incorporates this black and white checkered board floor image. It is found in the ritualistic floor of all Masonic lodges. It relates to initiations and represents human life checkered with good and evil. Some of the floor has the Blazing Star of Sirius on it. The black and white image represents the symbols of evil and good in human life. Occult researchers have found the checkered mosaic pavement can be traced to ancient Egypt and the Dionysiac rites. This is found in the House of the Mysteries. In the Entered Apprentice Degree, the mosaic pavement describes the ground floor of King Solomon's Temple. In the book of 1 Kings 6:15, the ground floor of King Solomon's Temple is made of pine or fir. Colors may vary in the checkered patterns of Masonic lodges. Lozenges might be used instead of squares. The same mosaic pattern can be found inside of the Notre Dame de Paris, which is a cathedral built in the era of the Knights Templars (which are some of the ideological ancestors of the Freemasons according to numerous scholars). The checkered floor outlines the concept of dualism or dualistic like the Ying and Yang symbol (as found in the number 2 card of the Tarot called La Papesse). Duality is a key portion of hermeticism. To the Lodge, the dualism is shown in the black and white squares. Dualism to the occultists means that in the terrestrial or physical world, there is the dualism quality in life. There is positive and negative, good and evil, light and shade, etc. Peace to the occultists is the synthesis of these dual concepts into one, so enlightenment can flourish in the world. The material world and the spiritual realm to the esoteric is opposite of each other. The checkered floor is of the Earth, while the ceiling of the Lodge is used to represent the heavens and the spiritual realm. The mosaic pavement is where there is the ceremonial altar. The square pavement is where the High priest in Masonry walks upon in the Third Degree Ritual. Many cultures, movies like the Imaginarium film has this checkered pattern. So, when you look at the truth, the truth is stranger than fiction.
